The Jackson County undersheriff Chris Kuhl has released the name of a man who died in a vehicle/bicycle crash in Grass Lake Township on Monday, May 29, 2017.
65-year-old David R. Watson of Washtenaw County died as a result of his injuries from the crash on Grass Lake Road.

A 55-year-old man from Sharon Township is dead after a crash in Grass Lake Township.
Deputies responded to a traffic crash in the area of Grass Lake Road near Fishville Road around 11:00 a.m. on Monday. They discovered that a vehicle had struck a cyclist.
A GMC Envoy was traveling eastbound on Grass Lake Road and struck a cyclist from behind, he was also traveling eastbound. The cyclist was traveling near the fog line near the edge of the road, and was not wearing a helmet.
The cyclist was taken to Henry Ford Allegiance Health where he died from his injuries.
The driver of the GMC, a 23 year old woman from Grass Lake Township was not injured. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor.
The crash is under investigation.
