Crews check out homes after Lansing fire

LANSING, Mich. — Firefighters inspected the inside of a couple of homes following reports of a an early morning fire in Lansing.

Just after 1:30 a.m. Friday, fire crews were dispatched to homes in the 300 block of North Clemens Avenue on the city's east side

A FOX 47 crew on scene saw several firefighters checking the inside of at least two homes.

The Lansing Fire Department did not respond to requests for more information Friday morning.
