Starting Wednesday, September 20, the city of Lansing will be sealing the Lansing River Trail causing parts of the trail to be closed down.
The work is expected to take place between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and is expected to take approximately two weeks.
Portions of the trail are expected to be closed to the public for up to four hours at a time. Signs will be posted in advance and traffic averted.
The crack sealing work is expected to begin near Dodge Park and will be continuing south.
