The former state representative responded to the Attorney General's charges of perjury and misconduct in office on Facebook this morning, saying they're "just another extension of corrupt government."
He and former representative Cindy Gamrat were charged yesterday after they had an affair and tried to cover it up, and lied about it to investigators.
He resigned and she was expelled from office in September.
