A scheduled court hearing for Ingham County prosecutor Stuart Dunnings the 3rd did not happen Tuesday.
Dunnings is facing fifteen prostitution related charges in Ingham, Clinton, and Ionia counties.
He was arraigned in Ingham County district court last week. Tuesday's pre-exam conference was handled over the phone.
The next step is a preliminary examination to determine if there's enough evidence to put him on trial.
