LANSING, Mich. — The severe storms that rolled through mid-Michigan Saturday put 14,000 people without power, according to Consumers Energy.
The company said up to 37,000 people were in some way affected.
High winds, hail, heavy rain and lightning strikes brought down trees, limbs, and power lines.
Consumers says restoration may extend into Monday for the hardest hit areas.
