Traffic is going to be a mess near the corner of Jolly and Okemos Roads starting Monday.
Ingham County will begin replacing a large pipe as part of the Smith Consolidated Drain Project.
Jolly Rd. will be down to one lane in each direction and only right turns will be allowed between Okemos Rd. and Woodlake Dr.
Jolly Oak Rd. will also be closed at Jolly Rd.
The work should be finished by August 27th.
