Tuesday morning a ground-breaking concert was held at MSU.

A Michigan State college of music graduate student, and MSU Community Music School-board certified music therapist, Emily Roberts, introduced a new sensory friendly concert series for people with special needs.

Tuesday children with Autism were in attendance and able to enjoy the classical music.

Roberts received funding to launch the series called, "Sensory Friendly Spartan."

She received funding through a pitch that took first place in the MSU College of Music "Running Start Entrepreneurship Competition."
