Complaint filed for Governor Snyder's misuse of tax dollars

New information on the request for a grand jury to investigate Governor Rick Snyder's use of tax dollars to pay defense lawyers in the Flint Water Crisis. A complaint has been filed with the Ingham County Circuit Court and Reporter Clayton Cummins talks with the woman whose name is on it.
