Every year Tom Izzo and other basketball coaches around the country help raise money for cancer research.
Today the staff at Auto Owners Insurance got in on the act.
They were allowed to wear sneakers to work in exchange for a five dollar donation to the "coaches versus cancer" campaign.
Auto Owners and its employees have raised more than 180,000 dollars for it since 2008.
