CLINTON COUNTY, Mich. — Clinton County residents are coming together to help new parents in need.
A community baby shower will be held Wednesday to give parents resources and provide them with learning opportunities.
Topics like car seat safety and parental and infant dental health care are some of the things being taught at the shower. CPR basics, safe sleep, infant massage, and information and community resources for pregnant moms, dads and infants will be provided as well.
There will also be door prizes.
The event is being held at the East Olive Community Center, located at 2583 Green Road in St. Johns, from 9 a.m. until noon and from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Snacks will also be available. Families can bring babies in arms, but no childcare is available.
