A second person has been sentenced in a child pornography case in Clinton County. This goes back to an investigation we first told you about in October.
Monday, a judge sentenced Kenneth Thelen between 14 months and five years in prison for possessing and attempting to produce child porn. Thelen will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Thelen admitted to receiving pictures of another defendant, Terry Plowman, sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl. Plowman is serving up to 20 years in prison.
The third person to plead guilty is Carol Boak. She'll be sentenced in May.
