Posted

The class of 2018 may be entering the job market quicker than we think.

A new study from Credit Karma found 57% of college seniors say they're ready to be financially independent after graduation.

And 67% of parents are confident their graduates are ready for financial independence.

Those who majored in subjects like political science, engineering, and education feel more optimistic about their future careers.

While those who majored in liberal arts and performing arts feel less secure about their financial success.

The current unemployment rate is at a 17-year low.
