The attorney for former State Representative Cindy Gamrat tells us she will be arraigned on Tuesday.
Last week charges were announced against Gamrat and Todd Courser related to the cover-up of their affair while in state office.
Gamrat faces charges of misconduct in office. If convicted she could face up to ten years behind bars.
Courser was charged with misconduct in office and felony perjury.
No word on when he will be arraigned.
