CHARLOTTE, Mich. — A church in Charlotte was recently broken into - twice in 48 hours.
Eaton County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the break-ins that happened more than once this week at Celebration Church on Marshal Road.
They say that the thieves got away with almost $20,000 worth of items.
Police confirmed that sound equipment and electronics were stolen.
They don't have any suspects at this time.
But the theft is not stopping the church - they will be open for Sunday service as usual.
