The Senate Transportation Committee has approved a bill allowing a "Choose Life" license plate in Michigan.
Under the legislation, Michigan drivers would be able to purchase the plates at the Secretary of State's office with the extra money going to anti-abortion groups.
Right now 28 other states offer the "Choose Life" license plate.
The bill will now head to the full senate for a vote.
