Chick-fil-A fans rejoice! There are reports the chain plans to open up to 20 new Chick-fil-A restaurants in Michigan in the next five years.
Construction is now underway at the location in Eaton County's Delta Township. Crews tore down Fazoli's last week to begin construction on the new Chick-fil-A on Saginaw Highway.
The chain is famous for its chicken sandwiches and waffle fries.
Currently there are just two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Michigan. Detroit Metro Airport, and Oakland University.
But the company is looking to expand in Michigan.
It is planning to open another Chick-fil-A in Troy, Michigan by the end of this year.
More locations in Lansing and Grand Rapids are expected to follow.
