A sports bar in downtown Jackson, closed for weeks after a fire, is now open.
The Chase Sports Bar reopened last night, cashing in on one of the biggest bar nights of the year.
The Chase had been closed since October after a fire in a storage area behind the bar. Last month, authorities said they didn't think the fire was set intentionally.
The owner and employees were able to get The Chase cleaned up in time for customers last night.
The Chase is closed today for the holiday, but will be open tomorrow.
