The superintendent of Charlotte schools is responding to questions about who's using which bathrooms.
There's talk on Facebook about an individual who was born a female, and now identifies as a male, using the men's room at one of the schools.
Superintendent Mark Rose-Krans didn't respond directly to our questions, however he did release a statement. "It has come to our attention that there is a concern over the potential of Charlotte public schools moving to all gender-neutral restrooms for our students. This is not the case. We are sensitive to the recent spotlight placed on the rights of LGBTQ students and will work with each individual student and his or her parent or guardian to make reasonable accommodations in accordance with state and federal law."
