A plea from an organization that helps Michigan children who have been removed from their home -- Please consider being a foster parent.
Child and Family Charities says there's been a huge drop in the number of foster homes. In just the past year, foster homes have dwindled by more than 2,000.
Beverly Rocheleau has fostered 17 children in the last five years. She said, "There is a need for foster families, a huge need. If you have the time and the speace to do it try. Try to do it."
