Derrick Carter, the 43-year-old Lansing man charged for ramming his car into Mid-Michigan Physicians in November, will undergo a forensic exam.
Carter appeared by video in the 55th District Court today. At the preliminary exam, Carter's defense attorney requested his client undergo a forensic exam, as a result of his behavior since the incident.
Carter has been charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder.
