The Ionia County Sheriff's department is reporting the details for a car vs. semi accident that happened on M-66 on Monday near Dildine Road in Easton Township.
A 20-year-old female from Orleans heading north on N. State Street when she crossed the center line, and struck the semi truck.
The semi-truck was driven by a 41-year-old man from Charlotte.
He wasn't injured, however the female driver was sent to Sparrow Hospital in Ionia before being flown to Spectrum Butterworth in Grand Rapids. She is in serious condition.
The accident is under investigation.
