A car slammed into a Family Dollar store on Saturday afternoon in Lansing.
It happened around 3:30 p.m. at the store located off West Holmes Road near MLK Boulevard.
The car caught fire, which also started a fire inside the store. Both were put out quickly.
Lansing police said they are not sure why the car went off the road and hit the building. That's because the driver took off after the crash.
No one was hurt in the incident.
