A car was destroyed and a man was sent to the hospital with serious injuries early this morning in a wrong-way crash on U.S. 127 northbound near Trowbridge.
The accident happened around 1:00am, and shut down the highway for much of the morning.
Police say a 37-year-old man drove his car the wrong way down the highway and crashed into a semi trailer.
The road is now back open.
