A car accident put two people in the hospital and closed a road in Delta Township Saturday afternoon.
The car hit a pole and caught fire on Waverly near St. Joe highway.
The Mustang Cobra was headed south on Waverly when the driver lost control.
The two people inside were able to get out. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. The car, however, was a total loss.
