We have an update on a Lansing Mayoral Candidate charged with embezzlement.

A judge ruled this morning that there is enough evidence to put Harold Leeman on trial.

The former city councilman is accused of failing to turn in money from the Gier Park concession stand, and of reimbursing himself too much for gas.

Leeman has described it as a bookkeeping error.

He's running for mayor against State Representative Andy Schor, City Council Woman Judi Brown Clarke and Danny Trevino.
