A potential candidate for Lansing Mayor has been charged with domestic abuse.
20 year-old Danny Anthony Trevino was arraigned Tuesday at the 54-A District Court on four counts including assault with intent to do harm and malicious destruction of property.
Trevino, filed to be on the ballot in April at the urging as his father, Danny Dario Trevino.
Danny Anthony Trevino was arraigned on Tuesday the 20th in 54-A District Court in front of Magistrate Kelly on the following;
Charge:
Count 1: assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder (felony)
Count 2: domestic violence (misdemeanor)
Count 3: malicious destruction of personal property (misdemeanor)
Count 4: malicious destruction of personal property (misdemeanor)
Bond: $2,000.00/10%
Trevino is next scheduled in court in front of Judge Deluca on:
Probable cause conference: 6/29/17 @ 1:00 p.M.
Preliminary exam: 7/6/17 @ 8:30 a.M.
