Some of Larry Nassar's survivors will address MSU's board of trustees demanding they fire Interim President John Engler.
They're not alone, calls for Engler's resignation are mounting.
Trustee Brian Mossalum tweeted Engler's apology Thursday to survivor Rachel Denhollander saying it is too little too late, and he stands by his call for Engler to step down.
Engler issued the public apology for a private email he wrote accusing Denhollander of taking kickbacks from attorneys. Trustee Dianne Byrum has also called for Engler to resign.
The Board plans to vote on whether to approve the $500M settlement between MSU and Nassar survivors.
Pleased to see Engler tried to apologize to @R_Denhollander and our survivors. But because of his chilling behavior, Engler’s apology is too little too late. I stand by my call for John to step down so MSU can rebuild confidence with all stakeholders and focus on healing. #teal
