There's plenty of hype about Cedar Point's new roller coaster. Its called "Valravn" and it has people anxious to get on board.

The new coaster opens to the public this weekend.

Valravn is breaking records. At 223 feet, it is the tallest dive coaster in the world. Plus, that is just one of the ten world records Valravn breaks.

Roller coaster lovers are buzzing about this ride and can't wait to check out the twists and turns starting Saturday.

Valravn is Cedar Point's 18th coaster and they are calling it the tallest, fastest and longest dive coaster in the world.

Get on board and you'll zoom at speeds of up to 75 miles per hour.

There are three inversions on this ride, the most in the world. Plus, as you make your way up the massive lift, you'll get a great view of not only the park, but Lake Erie.

People can't stop talking about the holding break, the pause just before you free fall at a vertical 90 degree angle.

"You're 223 feet up, hanging over the edge for 4 seconds," says Cedar Point's Vice President and General Manger Jim McClure, "it's a long 4 seconds, before you dive 214 feet, 90 degrees straight down."

Valravn opens Saturday and Sunday to the public.
