The goal is to collect 10,000 items (including new socks and underwear for women, new brushes and combs, body lotion, baby diapers, wipes and bottles, laundry soap, towels, and lip balm) that will be distributed to City Rescue Mission, Haven House, The SafeCenter, and Angel House.

Primary collection partners for 2016 are: Michigan State University Federal Credit Union, Capital Area District Libraries, and Dart Bank. Nearly two dozen other businesses, schools, and organizations are also serving as collection sites. Donations may be dropped at the franchise located at 1200 Keystone Avenue, Lansing, MI 48911.
