Police are trying to figure out what led to a head-on crash that killed a 10-year-old boy.
It happened just before 3 p.m. Sunday on Fowlerville Road in Shiawassee County. Investigators say a driver traveling alone, crossed the center line, hitting a car with a family of four inside.
The boy was in that car. Everyone else was taken to the hospital.
Their injuries range from severe to critical.
