A bookstore has dropped its lawsuit against Lansing Community College.
FOX 47 News has been following this story since Gibson's University Bookstore sued LCC last year over its voucher policy.
The vouchers can only be used at the "MBS direct" online store.
Students who want to shop somewhere else have to wait until classes have already started to get their financial aid.
A judge refused to issue a temporary restraining order last December.
LCC says it will work to allow Gibson's to join its online marketplace.
