You don't need a license to carry a pistol on your hip or a rifle over your should in Michigan, but your gun under your shirt or your jacket and you have to have a concealed pistol license, at least for now. The state legislature is working on a bill that would get rid of licenses and the training that comes with them. FOX 47's Christopher Lane has the details.
