LANSING, Mich. (WSYM) - A busy Lansing roadway was closed down Friday night after a bicyclist was hit by a car.
The collision happened in the northbound lanes of South Cedar Street between Avon Street and Torrence Court around 8:30 p.m.
Lansing Police identify the bicyclist as a 59-year-old Lansing man. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
No information was released regarding the driver of the SUV.
Police continue to investigate the crash.
