A female bicyclist is in critical condition at a local hospital after police say she was hit by a car in Lansing Township Tuesday.
The incident happened just before 7 p.m. at the intersection of Saginaw and Homer streets, police said.
The crash closed down the intersection for several hours.
The female driver of the car was not hurt and neither alcohol nor drugs appeared to be factors in the crash, Lansing Township police Chief Adam Kline said.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
