A Bath Township Police Officer set a goal to use an entire pen without losing, or breaking it.
Officer Bailey had to rescue the pen from mud puddles, the side of the highway, and from the slit between the seat and the center console in the police cruiser. At one point he even drove back to someone's house to retrieve the pen.
