An investigation is underway to figure out what caused a fire that destroyed a barn in Ingham County Monday morning.
Firefighters were dispatched to a barn located in the 1900 block of Dennis Road in Wheatfield Township around 2:15 a.m.
When crews arrived on the scene, flames could be seen pouring of the barn.
No one was inside the barn or hurt in the fire. The barn has been deemed a total loss.
