An autopsy report shows the inmate found dead at the Shiawassee County jail in February, died of a drug overdose.
Sarah Yerian's body was found in her bunk on the morning of February 7th. She'd been serving time for Resisting and Obstructing an Officer and was due to be released this fall.
On Tuesday, prosecutors charged April Hart with Delivery of Narcotics Causing Death.
They aren't saying what kind of drug killed Yerian or how it got into the jail.
