Authorities have arrested a second person in the 2005 shooting death of a 21-year-old man in Saginaw.

The Saginaw News reports 33-year-old Charles Edward Miles of Flint was booked Sunday on charges of first-degree premeditated murder, felony murder and weapons charges.

In April 2005, Terrance Winters was found fatally shot in his home after an attempted robbery.

Another man has been awaiting an April 14 trial on charges related to the killing. Jeramie C. Tucker faces felony murder, armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and other charges. He was extradited from Kentucky in 2016.

The trial has been delayed three times amid plea negotiations and waiting for the arrest of Miles.

It was immediately unclear if Miles has an attorney. He's being held at the Saginaw County Jail.
