Former Michigan State University football player Auston Robertson is set to learn his fate Wednesday morning.
He cut a deal with prosecutors and pleaded guilty last month to assault with intent to penetrate and could get over three years in prison.
He was originally charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and faced up to 15 years in prison on those charges.
Robertson admitted he assaulted a fellow MSU student in her Meridian Township home in April 2017.
He is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Clinton Canady III in Ingham County Circuit Court at 8:30 a.m.
FOX 47 is sending a crew to the hearing and this story will be updated once it is over.
