A standoff in Lansing that started a little before 3:00 p.m. has ended in the arrest of both subjects. They are both expected to be arraigned Thursday.

Police are trying to negotiate a peaceful end to a standoff that started a little before 3:00 p.m.
Officers tried to arrest two fugitives when they ran into a house on Cabot Drive near the corner of Pleasant Grove and Holmes.
One of them surrendered after talking with Police. Chief Mike Yankowski tells us that the other person is inside and may be armed.
He does not think the neighborhood is in danger.
