A 21-year-old Lansing man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at the Delta Township Meijer last month.
Zachary Loren Burns has been charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count of felony firearm in connection with the incident. It happened on Friday, March 18 in the parking lot of the Meijer on West Saginaw Highway.
The Eaton County Sheriff's office says he robbed a person at gunpoint and then took off. The victim was not hurt. Police released surveillance pictures of the suspect in the days following the robbery in hopes getting the public to help identify him.
Burns is expected to be arraigned on the charges today.
