Lansing police are searching for two armed suspects who forced their way into a woman's home early this morning.

It happened in the 300 block of Fenton Street this morning after 3 a.m. Police tell us, a woman was approached by two men armed with handguns. Police say the men forced the woman into her house where they stole some items. The suspects then fled the home. The woman was not hurt.

When police arrived on scene, they set up a perimeter. A canine unit was brought in to try and track the suspects but the dogs lost the trail. Police say it is not clear if this incident is random or if the victim knew the suspects. They are still investigating.
