Opening arguments are scheduled Tuesday in the trial of a Jackson man charged in the deaths of two teenagers over two years ago.
A jury was seated Monday in the trial of Tracy Lawrence.
He is facing two counts of second-degree murder and a felony firearm charge in the deaths of Hunter Lentz and Matthew McMillen.
McMillen and Lentz were killed in the 1300 block of Town Road in Springport Township while they allegedly breaking into a vehicle at Lawrence's house in June 2016.
Lawrence faces up to life in prison if convicted.
Opening statements in his trial are scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. in the courtroom of Jackson County Circuit Judge John McBain.
