The Ingham County Judge who sentenced Larry Nassar will hear arguments about whether she should or shouldn't remove herself from the case Friday.
Nassar is asking for a new sentencing hearing.
But first he wants Judge Rosemarie Aquilina to recuse herself.
Nassar claims she is biased against him based on comments she made at his sentencing.
