A new report says Apple recently sent a memo to its employees warning them not to leak company information.
The memo was leaked to the media.
A reporter from Bloomberg got a copy of the memo, which warns that anyone caught leaking information could lose their jobs and face jail time or fines.
29 leakers were caught last year and 12 of them were arrested, according to the memo.
It's unclear who those employees were and what they were charged with.
