Annual Women's March to be held in Detroit

DETROIT, Mich. — The Annual Women’s March will take place Saturday, January 19 in Detroit.

The March is usually held at the state Capitol but is being moved to accommodate more people. The March will begin at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African-American History at 11 a.m.
The museum is located at 315 E Warren Avenue.

A local Women’s March will take place at the campus of Michigan State University Sunday, January 20. Sexual assault awareness is the key theme of the event.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer is set to speak at the MSU Rally.
