American Airlines will continue offering non-stop flights from Lansing to Washington D.C through next year.
The FAA approved a petition from American that lasts through October of 2019. The airline started offering the service in July of 2016.
Flights depart the Capital Region International Airport daily at 7:25 p.m, arriving in Washington at 9:07. Flights from Washington leave at 5:15 p.m, touching down in Lansing at 7.
