People who have trouble staying off their cell phones may soon have a new reason for choosing AMC Theaters.
The movie theater chain is considering allowing people to text inside its theaters. CEO Adam Aron says he's open to the idea of theaters being more "mobile-device friendly."
One possibility is allowing texting in only certain auditoriums. Aron says the company needs to figure out a way to do it that doesn't disturb audiences.
