Suspect who made a threat against LCC has been apprehended and is in police custody. Normal operations will resume Thursday, and there will not be heightened security.
Lansing Community College received what they believe is a "credible threat." They chose to evacuate, and close campus for the rest of the day. Lansing Police are on scene.
The suspect is expected to be arraigned Thursday. The threat was first reported to Dewitt City Police, and then to LCC Police. Police will not go into the nature of the threat, or the details on the suspect.
LCC Downtown, West, and East campus locations are closed according to LCC's Emergency Alert System.
